Indicted felon, Ken Paxton, is at it again. He raided the homes of several leaders of a Latino voting rights group last month, accusing them of election fraud, although not one charge has been filed.

Paxton, whose failed effort to overturn the 2020 election based on false claims of fraud drew scrutiny from the state’s bar association, has made prosecuting voter fraud cases a top priority. He campaigned against judges who stripped his office of the power to prosecution election fraud without permission from local district attorneys.

Earlier this year, a state appeals court overturned a woman’s voter fraud conviction and five-year prison term for casting a ballot in 2016 while on probation for a felony conviction, which she did not know was illegal.

"Nobody is above the law", dumbfuck.

The election theft perpetrators are lucky they don't get shot in the face. We're about a half a click from that. And that's certainly a risk most Texans are willing to take.

Poor little foreign commie bitch, ignorance of the law is not a valid defense. And your ignorance about how investigations are conducted just shows how immature your are.

Do you realize those charges are being dropped through a deal? Beyond that, what is the problem with Paxton's actions after a two-year probe to build enough detail for securing warrants of voter fraud allegations?

This is been going on for two years. Where are the indictments?

If they’ve been after these people through two election, cycles and they still haven’t charged anyone, pulling these raids, so close to the election, without filing a single charge, smacks of voter intimidation.

So you think that Paxton “settling” his criminal charges makes him a standup decent guy we should believe.

Paxton gets one of those rich guy sweetheart deals where he pays $300,000 to cover his fraud and goes on his merry way.

These crooked assholes should be in jail.

So, if there were probes for 2 years, that would seem to align with the timeline after voter fraud allegations were referred to Paxton. Seems like you're on the emotional high because you don't like the outcome, as opposed to digging in, researching and answering your questions.

I didn't say that and haven't researched him enough to provide a well-informed response.

Don't know enough about the case, and you probably don't either since it began nearly a decade ago.
