Please keep in mind one of Yogi Berra's
famous quotes, "It's tough to make predictions, especially about the future." while reading this.
What prompted me to do this second post was a standout short reply to my first "...now what?" post from JoeMama in this forum. I'm sure that there are many people, who have, at least, some curiosity, about the subject. This is it, slightly edited by me...
For the Anti-Trumpers.....Things may not be as bad as you think.
For the Pro-Trumpers.....Things may not be as good as you think.
The edit was to substitute "may" for "will" in both statements.
To me, this is the most sane prediction for this question that I have to date.
Oh, for anyone wondering who Yogi was, briefly...
...an American professional baseball player, manager, and coach. He was famously known for his time with the New York Yankees, where he played as a catcher for 18 seasons (1946-1963).
He was an 18-time All-Star and won an impressive 10 World Series championships as a player, more than any other player in MLB history. Berra was also a three-time American League Most Valuable Player (MVP) and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972.
Beyond his athletic achievements, Yogi Berra was known for his unique and humorous sayings, often referred to as "Yogi-isms," such as "It ain't over 'til it's over" and "When you come to a fork in the road, take it."
