High fat, high protein, low carbs.
Yes. Once you are in battle though I am betting high carbs are popular. I tore my bicep years ago with a low carb, high protein diet. Turns out, carbs play a key role in providing energy for muscles. A particular mistake if one goes heavy (something I cant do anymore).
 
Just eat sensibly. Fad diets are just that.
