Yeah, another thread but with a different take.

I feared that way too much time was gonna be wasted on what amounts to no more than going after trailer trash so maybe FJB did us all a solid.....We really don't need the sideshow.

The best "revenge" against the dems will be getting our country back on the right track and eliminating their FUBAR policies for good and all.

I would prefer that Congress spends it's time working to carry-out the Trump agenda, turning as many Trump EOs into law as they can, and not waste their limited time on The Biden Crime Family for which they will be evermore known as.

Amen. The truth is, voters were already fed a steady diet of orange man bad and they have already and overwhelmingly rejected the lawfare against Trump. Voters already vindicated Trump from those prosecutions. We don't need to spend valuable time, money and resources proving what the voters/jurors have already ruled on. Democrats made that mistake four years ago and spent the whole time trying to convince us that orange man bad and letting inflation, crime, world wars, illegal immigration, wokeness, and other things ruin the country.

The revenge is already over. The voters/jurors already ruled on the cases November 5th. While I agree that no one should be above the law, Democrats used this same strategy over the last four years and paid the political price for it. Maybe we should learn from their mistake as those voters/jurors have already decided on the lawfare used against Trump. As the OP states, yet again, Democrats may have shot themselves in the foot for the billionth time and maybe we should be happy about that. Biden and the democrats really look bad pardoning these people and family members and, in the end, maybe that's the best place to leave it.

Tax avoidance is a crime.

Delaware State income tax is 6.6%. Did Joe pay State income tax on all the money he got? Did Hunter?

He could have also pardoned himself back in 2020 but didn't and the end result is a decisive victory after the lawfare used against him and Biden and the Democrats leaving office as unpopular as ever, making themselves look like the Biden crime family with all of those pardons. That and I think the optics of even more lawfare is not what the public wants to see anymore, and for some time to come.

It made DC look even more cheap and tawdry than it usually does....As if that was fuckin' possible.

Sure, run roughshod over the dems and take no prisoners as far as policy goes but drop the lawfare.

That said, I would like to see some mechanism to severely limit the power of the pardon for a POTUS....At least the blanket ones where someone that has not even been charged with anything can be "pardoned". That should be looked into.

That is Trump's take on it too. He doesn't want to waste time on what the Democrats call 'revenge' and these pardons help reduce the angry Patriots' demands for what they consider justice. I bet he didn't mind it at all.

The pardons do underscore the lack of integrity, ethics, morals, respect for law/due process for all who received pardons who had not been charged with a crime.

No dude. We can quite easily put a few DOJ investigators on these crimes. The public deserves to know the truth of WHY these people were pardoned. If presidents want to play this corrupt fucking game, the least the DOJ can do is show the world their crimes.

Negative, in my thread I promote just forgetting about (not forgiving) The Biden Crime Family rather than rending my garments over what FJB did.....Congress has bigger fish to fry than mess with trailer trash.
