Hi, I read that the CIA has been trying to build an Internet 2, and they are in the process of slowly dismantling the old internet. Just wondering how true this is. It sounds exactly like something they would do.

Google runs a large portion of the internet, that's not good.
They seem pretty hostile to me and my ilk, too.
They use their filter to censor things.

I actually remember something that I read on the internet a long time ago, however, now that I try to find it, I can't find it anymore. There are also things that are different from what I remember them to be. I think they are slowly scrubbing the internet clean.
