The city of Asheville North Carolina, that was recently devastated by the weather, is desperate for federal funds after FEMA has supposedly run out of money. In an act of desperation, Asheville Mayor Esther Manheimer decided to declare war on Russia and Vladimir Putin. "We see them get billions and billions of dollars every day", said Esther. "Citizens here said they would be willing to wage war of it meant Joe Biden and the Federal government could divert some of those funds to the city of Asheville to help repair the city."
Although the city has no standing army, the mayor promised to institute a draft and have its citizens prepare to go to war in a few weeks. A White House spokesman said that the Biden administration would be willing to set aside a few billion dollars that was going to be used to fly more Haitian immigrants into the US and divert those planes and money to fly the citizens of Asheville to the Ukraine to fight instead, adding that Asheville may become an ideal place for future Haitians, especially since most probably won't come back from the Ukraine. "It's a win/win", said Jeanne-Pierre from the Biden administration. In fact, perhaps we can do this in more cities across the US. Who knows, at this rate, we may not have a systemically racist society by Christmas time. Yay"
