The problem is the democrats simply do not care that EVs do not work, and are not supportable by our power grid. They do not want people to have cheap, reliable transportation...they want to force people into buses and trains and into "15 minute cities."

They want to over burden the power grid, which will limit access to energy, which limits the life choices of people...people the democrats think are ruining the planet...

So if the democrats win in November, they are going to double down on their EV mandates, and their democrat party judges are going to back them up........
