Now we are beginning to see lawsuits being filed alleging that DEI has disproportionately and negatively impacted whites and Asians. The people doing this don't give a damn about Asians, but since they used Asians in SFA vs. Harvard and got the Supreme Court to end AA, they are going to try using the same playbook on anything else they believe discriminates against whites. So lets use one case as an example for DISCUSSION, NOT PERSONAL ATTACKS. Pfizer has decided to end a fellowship for blacks and Native Americans. The usual suspects claim it discriminates against whites and Asian

Pfizer employs 88,000 people, and only 8.6% are Black, and 55% are white.

The program being scraped was only seeking to hire and develop 100 new non white candidates.

So let's look at the numbers.

  • Pfizer has 78,500 employees.
  • 45% of Pfizer employees are women, while 55% are men.
  • The most common ethnicity at Pfizer is White (55%).
  • 18% of Pfizer employees are Hispanic or Latino.
  • 13% of Pfizer employees are Asian.
  • 9.6% of Pfizer employees are black

43,175 Whites work at Pfizer out of the 78,500 employees they have in the company. The claim is whites are being discriminated against. Where? Where are whites being excluded when 55 percent of the employees are white? Where is the discrimination when the majority of the workers are white?

Using the logic here, can a black NBA basketball player sue for racial discrimination against an NBA team because they picked a white player instead of him? This is what the right-wing white claim of racial discrimination against whites amounts to.
