Ones belief system can both alter their AURA/PERSONALITY which can make one's outward physical appearance to appear typical of a stereotyped mentality/lifestyle. I covered your examples eyes with a ballpoint pen & she looks as normal as can be. It's "IN THE EYES(spirit)". Below; eyes not quite right...
