MH17 was shoot down by an Ukrainian missile, and JIT "investigators" ignore this fact

Why is that? Because Russian generals said that? Some time ago, they were saying that it was a Ukrainian jet that shot the plane.

No. They said, that that missile was delivered to Ukraine, and Ukraine said nothing. We have the word of one side against silence of another. They could refute the statement, they could accept it, they could comment it, but they just ignored it. It does not look like professional. It looks like a stupid politically motivated show.
And yes. Russian MoD didn't said, that the Su-25 shot down the jet. They allowed a technician from an Ukrainian airbase said, that he heard that captain Voloshin said, that "the Boing was in wrong place and wrong time". And yes, don't you think, that the suicide of the pilot was rather suspicious?
And yes, Voloshin wasn't interrogated by JIT, too.

The official position of Ukraine is that the plane was shot down by a Buk delivered from Russia with the missiles. So, I dont see a reason why Ukrainian officials should refute the claims of Russian generals. They can claim whatever they want.

Russian MoD didn't say that but it was pushed by Russian propaganda channels with fake photos and ridiculous story about Hispanic air traffic controller.

And official position of Russian, is that they are not involved at all, but they cooperate with investigation.

There are plenty of unofficial sound records, fake pictures, fake videos from all sides. Everybody lies. It's normal. But an unbiased investigator must gather information and question suspects and witnesses. "Just a formality, sir. Do you mind to answer where were your Buks at the moment of the catastrophe? What can you say about missile number 8868720? What can you say about radar activity on Ukrainian and rebel-controlled territory? " And so on...
More papers means less doubts, you know.
