Kim Jung Ill really is the worst of the Kims He is responsible for the bombing in Myanmar in 1983, the kidnapping of a famous South Korean actress and you can blame him for how crazy the Kim family cult of personality is after all he was in charge of the propaganda department under his father. There is even a story of him ordering the murder of a North Korean actress he had an affair with because she couldn't keep her mouth shut. The most egregious one is the 1990s famine he is to blame for.

A BBC interview in 2013 reviewed Kim's family left behind in North Korea were sent to GULAG. That's the usual punishment for defector families when one of their own defects
There is a reason why in Finnish verb "Ryssiä" (Muscovy ) , roughly meaning "to totally fail something".

are you ready for a COMMIE - stalenist SEX PARTY ?

NK is beyond a doubt the most outlaw regime in the known world today. Truman and MacArthur had a chance to disarm NK but Truman's choice as a commander of American forces was an old WW1 Vet who may have been in a mental decline when he ordered ill equipped U.S Troops to advance to the Yalu River when Chi/Com China said they would protect their border. A victory in a year in Korea turned into a three year quagmire and about 50,000 American Troops KIA. The Media loved Truman and MacArthur so there wasn't as much outrage in the media about the three year debacle of Korea as there was during the Vietnam war about ten years later.

This is some informational stuff!
Moscow is very often using proxies for their terrorist actions . I am 100% sure that played a role in this story as well

TERRORISM: A WEAPON OF SOVIET SUBVERSION

Preparations for nuclear sabotage. Some of the hidden caches could contain portable tactical nuclear weapons known as RA-115 "suitcase bombs" prepared to assassinate US leaders in the event of war, according to GRU defector Stanislav Lunev.[28] Lunev states that he had personally looked for hiding places for weapons caches in the Shenandoah Valley area[7] and that "it is surprisingly easy to smuggle nuclear weapons into the US", either across the Mexican border or using a small transport missile that can slip in undetected when launched from a Moscow airplane.
The KGB was to plant a delayed-action explosive package in "the Negro section of New York." Kireyev's preferred target was "one of the Negro colleges." After the explosion the residency was ordered to make anonymous telephone calls to two or three black organizations, claiming that the explosion was the work of the Jewish Defense League.

It's a piece on how Russia used terrorism.

Thanks to the declassification of East German documents, it is
clear how international terrorism was used by the services there. In
this case, a great deal of material has been preserved that clearly shows
the collaboration of the GDR with various extremist groups operating
in the Middle East and Western Europe3
2. The GDR authorities pursued
an active policy in Third World countries, thus seeking international
legitimacy for their rule. East Berlin therefore maintained close ties
with various terrorist groups 33 , to whom arms were supplied,
financial support, training and scholarships were provided. From 1970
to 1989, the Stasi trained almost 1,900 fighters and security apparatus
personnel from 15 countries. The scale of cooperation was enormous,
.... Above all, the services there worked closely with the RAF, a terrorist group with
a far-left profile that was wreaking havoc in Western Europe. The Stasi
maintained regular contact with some RAF members, who were allowed to

settle in the GDR, facilitated transit, and provided paramilitary training 34
