It sounds like a very gentle revolution. I know that folk are averse to other folk deciding what they eat but that happens every day.

At least there are some good people involved in this movement.
Bread is better with bits in. We all know that.

I buy my rye seedless because bits are unhealthy.
 
Good for them.

At least they are not eating the recommended Standard American Diet (SAD), and that right there will make them healthier.
