Debate Now there's a lot more $ in the hunting part

Hunters add $796 million to conservation programs through the state licenses and fees they pay. They also pay and average of $440 million through donations via several conservation groups funded by hunters. All totaled, hunters pay $1.6 billion for conservation, and spend $38 billion in annual retail spending.

A single organization, Safari Club International, has donated millions of pounds of low fat meat to numerous food banks. In 2006 SCI donated over 250,000 lbs of wil game meat to various charitable/relief organizations. That equals 1,000,000 servings of high protein, low fat meat that has not been tainted with hormones, antibiotics and other substances.

Banning guns will cost the nation too much.
