No, not really, which one side of center demonstrates every day, whether it be going after good citizen right to bear arms, censorship, COVID violations of freedoms, violating freedom of speech, privacy, and so forth. Add Democrat POTUS Obama and Biden attempting to order the contrary.

By nature the Constitution is conservative and should be administered the same. Leftists aren't fit to rule on it, because like everything else they'll attempt to revise all of it.

Our SCOTUS are doing a great job of late, they usually do. Guns and abortion: Contradictory decisions, or consistent?

The right to privacy isn't mentioned in the constitution any more than the right to a safe abortion. Using the court's logic, we don't have tha right.
