I think AI is cool. Of course the only danger is the democrats will wanna hook it up to icbm's like the whopper in War Games

AI will eventually replace us, realize we are dead weight, and exterminate us.

Or, not.

Eventually those with the economic means will just be given a robot body when they die, the quick transplant of the brain and they can live for another 100 years or more as the software and hardware improves.

99% Of us will just be landfill.

Solving a rubicls cube in reality is just math.

All the AI has to do is to recognize the colors then it can determine the proper sequence of moves to make in order to solve it.

The fact a robot has the dexterity to solve it so quickly is way more impressive than a computer that can solve a math problem to me.

AI will eventually replace us, realize we are dead weight, and exterminate us.

Or, not.

That won't happen.

The only way that happens is is they have enough robots under its control to be able to exist without us.

Ai is all based on technology. It can't repair or maintain itself. It can't make electricity to power itself. It can't make parts for itself. It can't maintain the internet to allow it's connections by itself. It can't make robots without robots to run factories or mine new materials out of the ground.

Besides, we have no real ai anyway. It's all just programs of our most advanced machine learning we have ever seen. But it can't think, reason, create new information that has never existed before or any of that. All ai knows is what it learns from us which is just raw data. All of its conclusions and ideas are just the same ones man already has.
