Apparently this Democrat think Trump's "transphobic and extremist rhetoric" caused him being sexually assaulted while incarcerated.

Baby killers used to be so popular in prisons and were held in high esteem by fellow inmates before Trump came along.

Jonathan C. Richardson, who goes by Autumn Cordellioné, claims in the handwritten complaint that, due to Trump's "extremist rhetoric and transphobic hate speech," he has "emboldened the Defendants and the assailants that brutally assaulted and raped plaintiff, not once, but multiple times, to act on their hate and prejudices, constituting the cause in action and his liability in this case. Therefore, President Trump was negligent due to his alleged knowledge that others may act on his words."

I can tell you straight-up through 1st-hand experience that baby killers have a rough time of it in prison.

Most end-up spending their sentence in isolation for their own protection after they have been shanked or beaten half to death. In this case "rue-rued" till they are a smooth bore.

Rince and repeat everywhere they are transferred to.....Convicts will always find what they are in for.

Yeah, it was sarcasm. A Clinton appointed judge ruled this asshole should have the state pay for his sex-change operation ffs!

Since when is President Trump -or any president for that matter- responsible for Prison Politics in the joint?

It really isn't news that Baby Killers have a hard time in the joint, but Indiana is doing their best to help him out, even putting Mr. Richardson in an LGBTQ+ cell block from the information shared.

After all, he has reported been sexually active with other males on the block.

Well, that's a new one on me.....A faggot cellblock? Do they have a lube dispenser in the dayroom too? :laughing0301:

Its actually a smart idea. Makes the other inmates a lot safer as they longer have to worry about dropping the soap in the showers, by segregating the booty bandits. Good for homos as well, as they don't have to worry about getting beat up if they try to violate a normal man's butthole.

When it comes to baby killers, who cares how they are treated or who they want to blame? They deserve all the bad things which might happen to them.

Amen to this! Why should they be helped in any way when their victims were obviously the first to be casted aside like an old pair of shoes???!

God bless you always!!!

P.S. We all know the old saying, "What goes around can and will come around." :) :) :)

Sometimes justice has a way of being delivered.
