Trump and Evangelical religion pro's and con's. Should Religion even be involved in the election?

I'm an independent, not a Democrat. The US federal government doesn't rely on taxes to fund itself. You're confusing local municipal governments, and state governments with the federal government. Yes, you have to pay taxes, just like everyone else, and the government has the right to offer services to the public. Those services actually save the public money, because to do otherwise is more expensive. Are you aware that it's more expensive to allow homelessness in society than to eliminate it? It's more expensive not to provide poor single mothers with the assistance that they need to properly raise their children. You're even more obligated to help these single mothers when you're forcing women to remain pregnant and give birth when they don't want to.

The government wouldn't have a dime if it weren't for the taxpayers.

Have you noticed how well they are spending it?

The Government's Prayer

Our Government in D.C.,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy nanny state come
Thy mandate be done
On flyover country as it is in the coasts.
Give us this month our monthly check,
And audit us our trespasses,
As we file suit against those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into liberty,
But deliver us from ourselves.
For thine is the oligarchy,
And the power, and the glory,
Forever and ever.
Amen.

You don’t have to be interested, nobody is asking you to be.

I hope you never have one like trump did…surviving an assassination attempt by a radicalized ActBlue donor has to be scary
Injecting religious piffle into politics is rubbing it in people's faces.

The US Federal Government is the exclusive issuer of the USD, it doesn't rely on taxes to have money. It imposes taxes to control inflation and maintain the value of the dollar. It's the local and state governments that rely on both taxes and the US Federal Government to fund themselves. The so-called "National Debt" could just as well be called the "National Surplus". It's a ledger of how much money is in the private sector that hasn't been taxed, along with the amount of money invested in treasury bonds. It's not a debt in the same sense as when you and I have a debt. Household debt and the "National Debt" are two different things, not the same.

Watch this for a more thorough explanation:

Watch this too:

All you can do is gaslight, due to your ignorance. You're clueless as to how our monetary system works and what our so-called "national debt" is.

How do you figure that the US Federal Government can run out of dollars when it's the exclusive issuer of the USD? Answer that simple question.

So, is our debt backed up by what they print or what they collect from working Americans?

If it's backed up by what they print why not print enough for all to stay home and relax?
