I cannot believe trump can be this dense. We are already looking at inflation from his ill advised tariffs. He wants interest rates lowered so the damage will be doubled.

Appropriate that the only president who pressured the Fed to lower interest rates in the last 50 years was Nixon. And the results was severe inflation down the road. I guess that is what trump wants?

But he cannot be sane and complain about the Fed and rates when he announces 125% tariffs on all Jina imports, and then watches the US shed 10-20% of it's wealth as capital seeks other markets ...

Over here Learners are allowed to drive but with a clear indication that they are either still learning or have just Passed the test .
Might not an equivalent rule apply to the likes of Dim Jim , Horsey Horse and other inexperienced people here ?

It's good that novices are encouraged and old people tolerated, but it would be nice for there to be some immediately visible sign to remind us that they are still at a learning stage and need to be given some help wherever possible--- perhaps coached and even mentored via PMs .
As you can see poor old Dim Jim soon gets lost and falls back on schoolboy attempted character criticism once his brain is exhausted .
