He is one in an invading army. He is entitled to nothing. Mowing people down is cruel and unusual.
This is a war time crime. Ask him. He'll tell you he is a soldier in the jihad against the great Satan. HE SHOULD NOT BE IN OUR COUNTRY TO BEGIN WITH. At the very least, he deserves what he just meted X 8. He deserves death. The very men who constructed our Constitution would have hung this man.
