ANKARA
Turkey is prepared to send ground forces to help eradicate the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant in Syria as long as its gets international protection for its borders with no-fly zones and a safe haven for refugees and the removal of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is guaranteed, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has said.
