Two good days of rulings from the Supreme Court

If the goal is dividing the country even further, yes it was a very good day for SCOTUS rulings.

Indeed. I think we may get some resignations after the term ends and Obama can put some more justices on the bench. Only getting better.

Well done SCOTUS.

Good on the VRA and DOMA. Bad on proposition 8. Should have addressed the Equal protection part and have been done with it.

Making a precendent that those who supported and helped pass a referendum consitutional amendment have no standing is bad law, Roe V Wade bad law.

So far, these last two days of ruling seem very fair but you can tell the court is very divided with all the 5-4 decisions. The next Justice appointed to the Supreme Court could make a huge difference depending on who retires. Something to watch for.
