“Two major law firms asked separate judges Wednesday to permanently block President Donald Trump’s executive orders that were meant to punish them and harm their business operations. The firms — Perkins Coie and WilmerHale — say the orders imposed in March are unconstitutional assaults on the legal profession that threaten their relationships with clients and retaliate against them based either on their past legal representations or their association with particular attorneys whom Trump perceives as his adversaries.

Courts last month temporarily halted enforcement of key provisions of both orders, but the firms asked in court Wednesday for the edicts to be struck down in their entirety and for judges to issue rulings in their favor.”

Trump the petty despot and dictator – Trump the fascist authoritarian using the power of the state to attack perceived political enemies; Trump’s attacks are not only un-Constitutional, but they’re also illegal, the actions of a fascist thug.

How do "major law firms" get to urge justices to rule on an issue? Isn't that a violation of the law itself?

No, that is exactly how law is supposed to work.
Presidents not supposed to abuse their authority by harming those the president disagrees with.
Everything that could harm anyone else, is supposed to not be possible to do without a hearing. So these executive orders against these law firms are illegal and violate due process.

due process

LOL

Any and all judges have to rule against harmful executive orders that are not backed up by a hearing.
These district judges are doing what the NY courts did... raise Trump's poll numbers and get him re elected... so be careful... he could get a third term... so keep it up...

Um...every legal case involves lawyers urging judges to rule in their favor.

Have you SEEN Trump's poll numbers lately?

Someone keeps telling you fools he's the most popular president ever.

Amazing.

And a third term? You get more and more delusional as time passes.

Nearly... :auiqs.jpg: :laughing0301::auiqs.jpg::laughing0301::auiqs.jpg::laughing0301:
Wow. Your propagandists are once again keeping you blind and stupid.

Trump approval slips to lowest point in second term

The new Reuters/Ipsos poll found that the president’s approval rating was 43 percent, representing a 2-point drop since the late March iteration of the survey. After Trump took office on Jan. 20, his approval rating stood at 47 percent.

Its early bud I'm not concerned at all.... because dems poll numbers are worse... in fact the lowest in history for any party... I saw a poll at 22% approval for the dem party this morning....

They filed a law suit against the President for his unconstitutional illegal attempts to intimidate and extort them, that's how. Their claims were presented to the presiding judges in the court Hearings on the legality of the EO's. The Courts will strike down these illegal Orders, and we're off to the SC again, where once again, Trump will lose.

There is also the Harvard University suit against the Trump Administration for cancelling its medical research funding, which is being supported by more than 200 other American universities that Trump has threatened.

Harvard is more than 100 years older than the USA, and 6 of the 9 Justices currently on the Court, attended Harvard. Good luck with that lawsuit, Trump.

The ONLY polls that matter are the results of the election, and Trump has lost BIGLY in every election held since he was inaugurated. Even the elections Republicans won, the margins were WAY closer than they were in November. Democrats could easily win the House BEFORE the 2020 elections if Republicans lose more House members.

The stock market is voting as well. Every day that the market drops like a stone is investors voting to get as far away from the Trump economy as possible.

World markets are abandoning US Treasury Bonds, which used to be a safe haven for investment when the stock market tanks.

Hundreds of plants which were being built to facilitate the growing green energy markets, have been cancelled due to the current administration's attacks on green energy initiatives.

There is lots of voting going on every day, and Trump is losing in every one of those votes. Your trade deficit since Trump took office, is up by 50%. That takes a special kind of stupid.

Trump won all three times he ran... you couldn't steal the last election because there were no lopsided covid rules in place at the polls....
Get use to it no one likes progs... and woketers....
