Deep State Plant.
"Among the most important fixes to the state’s mail balloting law is one sought by counties. It would allow local election offices to begin processing mail-in ballots before Election Day, something nearly every other state with mail voting allows. That would help them produce results more quickly on election night."

The remedy was never passed by due to the GOP control of the State Senate.

So because of this, we’re likely going to have another multi-day wait to see who won Pennsylvania. Its over a million votes that could be counted before election day that have to be counted concurrently while voting is being tabulated across the state. It’s silly.

Saw this on the Post website:

"Counting those votes, however, is laborious. And in Philadelphia — the biggest city in the most-populous swing state — it takes an assembly line of special machinery and highly trained staff working nonstop to reach the final results. Even then, it can take days to finish the count because of a state law that prevents election officials from processing mail ballots until 7 a.m. on Election Day."

To open an envelope take it out and read between two choices?

All you need is a letter opener and the ability to remember one of two names.

You do realize there are like 20-40 elections on every ballot right? Oh, wait, you’re a Trump supporter. You have zero idea what goes on during an election. I bet you thought that every vote was counted on election night every 4 years too, didn’t you, stupid?
