'US had plans for full nuclear response against Russia, China', encouraged by John Foster Dulles, but President Eisenhower refused

That was the early days of the cold war. The cold war intensified under Kennedy.

JFK lied about a "missile gap" during the 1960 campaign. And he lost that election but they stole it from Nixon.

That is correct. Biden is not the first President to steal an election. The Democrats in Chicago made sure that JFK had all the votes he needed to carry the state.

JFK was a terrible weak President. The only thing he got right was tax cuts. The Moon Bats won't eve admit that he was the one that got us into Vietnam.

"Plans in play" is a catchword phrase but what does it mean? Of course the U.S. had plans to use nuclear weapons if push came to shove after Truman's botched war in Korea. It was MacArthur who recommended a pre-emptive strike against China using nuclear weapons. JFK's incredible failed attempt to raise a Cuban invasion army ultimately brought us to devcon 2 for the only (thank God) time in history. The media loved MacArthur and JFK so they both emerged as heroes.
