Vault 7: CIA can stage fake Russian hacking to undermine

I've never actually gone to the Wikileaks site. Thanks. Interesting (and scary) stuff!

After infestation, Weeping Angel places the target TV in a 'Fake-Off' mode, so that the owner falsely believes the TV is off when it is on. In 'Fake-Off' mode the TV operates as a bug, recording conversations in the room and sending them over the Internet to a covert CIA server.

As of October 2014 the CIA was also looking at infecting the vehicle control systems used by modern cars and trucks. The purpose of such control is not specified, but it would permit the CIA to engage in nearly undetectable assassinations

It is interesting indeed....as well as scary information.

Like I said, beyond Orwell's and beyond Aldous Huxley too.

Wikileaks: CIA 'Stole' Russian Malware, Uses It to ‘Misdirect Attribution’ of Cyber Attacks
From the Wikileaks "Year Zero" dump:

The CIA's Remote Devices Branch's UMBRAGE group collects and maintains a substantial library of attack techniques 'stolen' from malware produced in other states including the Russian Federation.

With UMBRAGE and related projects the CIA cannot only increase its total number of attack types but also misdirect attribution by leaving behind the "fingerprints" of the groups that

Wikileaks is a Russian Proxy. And this is a perfect example. I'm highly doubtful of their claims.

Wrong. I've never loved wikileaks.

First they have nothing on Trump that is ever going to be as crooked as these Past Presidents have been.
Two, Putin and Trump are not trying to drag us into a ONE WORLD ORDER
Three, ever notice how those who do not want to drag our Country into the NWO end up dead..........

Ever notice how the other Countries who do not want in the NWO get tormented like Russia, and why because as the NWO begins to fall apart so does their getting filthy rich because they weren't able to suck everybody into it as planned.

The Dems were obviously told to go ahead and lie that "The Russians Hacked the Election" because they assumed the CIA would take care of the rest. The CIA apparently use techniques like UMBRAGE to falsely accuse Russia. Why Russia became the target of Neocon nutcases in the Shadow Government is the another question. Did they assume American citizens hate Russians for some reason?

The CIA's hand crafted hacking techniques pose a problem for the agency. Each technique it has created forms a "fingerprint" that can be used by forensic investigators to attribute multiple different attacks to the same entity.

This is analogous to finding the same distinctive knife wound on multiple separate murder victims. The unique wounding style creates suspicion that a single murderer is responsible. As soon one murder in the set is solved then the other murders also find likely attribution.

The CIA's Remote Devices Branch's UMBRAGE group collects and maintains a substantial library of attack techniques 'stolen' from malware produced in other states including the Russian Federation.

With UMBRAGE and related projects the CIA cannot only increase its total number of attack types but also misdirect attribution by leaving behind the "fingerprints" of the groups that the attack techniques were stolen from.

UMBRAGE components cover keyloggers, password collection, webcam capture, data destruction, persistence, privilege escalation, stealth, anti-virus (PSP) avoidance and survey techniques.

That's no laughing matter for Britain "So, the first casualty of a Trump presidency would be the specialness of the special relationship.... at a very deep level, ours is a defence relationship with the United States. The shared language, history and values are important, but the nuts and bolts are the inter-operability of equipment and the joint deployment of forces. And at the very heart lies the Mutual Defence Agreement (MDA) - over 50 years of co-operation on nuclear weapons.... there is no doubt that Trump is not just a threat to the special relationship – he would be the end of it. It would not just be the fractious personal relationship – there is no conceivable British prime minister who would be able to fake respect for Trump's intellect and strategic insight. It is, fundamentally, what a Trump victory would mean: a triumph for nativism and isolationism.... President Trump would change everything. It is no laughing matter for us." South Korea and Japan are among those Asian countries concerned about what Mr Trump would mean for their foreign policies. Soros and his brainwashed puppets wanted everybody to believe it was Russians because good relationship between USA and Russia is their worst nightmare. Trump and Putin can destroy ISIS, deliberate Ukraine from Obama's administration puppets and Ukrainian Nazis, destroy political correctness, put the end to importing Muslims into Christian countries and so on and on. All above will be nails into Globalists' coffin.

Soros declared all out war against Trump. If somebody is still not sure who Trump is, look at his enemies. There is a saying: "An enemy of your enemy is your friend". Make your choice wisely...

These are absolutely amazing revelations ........

So much information released..... WOW
