I should not need to press 1, how about those who can't speak English press 2 and get one of their own kind?

I don't think big business wants to hear anything on the phone anymore. They don't care about any of your problems unless you're calling about making a payment. For that, they will connect you with an expert. For everything else, they want you to visit their website where they will give you the run around and then just blow you off. HP just did that to me just yesterday. HP sucks.

wamose 100% right, companies really don't care, if you have some issues you need to go through 4 steps to hopefully get to somebody that maybe has a college education and just might care and that might be a stretch,

you can go on reddit and see thousands who used the walmart open door policy with zero results, just all smoke and mirrors, they don't care

Amen to this! I am like, "Why can't they be like my cousin who is from Nicaragua?" He's been married to my favorite female cousin since 2006 and his English couldn't be better. :) :) :)

God bless you and him and my favorite female cousin always!!!

are you saying your cousins married each other??

or are they your cousins that are brother and sister??

^^^ My most favorite female cousin went on a church trip to Nicaragua in 2005. Down there, she met the guy that she has been married to since September 30th of the following year. :) :) :)

God bless you and them always!!!

^^^ What makes him my cousin is him getting married to my most favorite female cousin. None of us knew of him until she went on that church trip, and she met him and eventually got married to him. :) :) :)

God bless you and them always!!!

cousin is blood not marriage based,,

thats why we call them in-laws,,

if I were you I would start reading my comments before hitting the post reply button

but hey you do you,,

and learn how to reply to people,,

^^^ I've never referred to cousins, uncles, and aunts by marriage as in-law relatives.

God bless you and my family always!!!

Holly

P.S. I have a couple of step cousins. Do I refer to them as step cousins? Only sometimes. They've been step cousins to me my whole life and so maybe I shouldn't refer to them in such a way.

you said your cousin went to nicaragua and married your favorite cousin,,

you can refer to them anyway you want,, doesnt make it true,,

P.S. Even if certain family members are step relatives or in-laws, once they have been in your family long enough, to me, referring to them as step relatives and in-laws isn't necessary anymore.
