"Welcome Home, Sir ..."

Do birthers consider the consequence of their assertions? If the President was born in Kenya, there's now precedent for more foreign-born Presidents. Can't object to whatsisname, from Canada, we already have a foreign-born President.

Nonsense. Precedent does not amend the Constitution, and if his origin story was determined to be fantastical and intentionally forwarded as truth, Obama and other high-ranking Democrats, and likely several from media would be jailed and his records opened for the investigation.

Were it to be determined that Obama was indeed not eligible to be president, his presidency would be immediately voided. All documents, orders, treaties, agreements, legislation signed into law by him etc. and otherwise would be rendered immediately unenforceable.
