Smoked wings.
I buy the party wings at Costco. Wings tips already discarded.
Rinse them off. Dry with paper towels.
Toss them with some bacon grease (or whatever oil you have to serve as a binder) and Meat Church Holy Voodoo.
Bag 'em and fridge overnight.
Fire up the smoker to about 250. I'm using apple and hickory this year.
Pull them when they hit about 150.
Flash fry them suckers for about 2 minutes.
Man, these wings are a huge hit every year.
Go Chiefs!

Smoked wings.
I find wings to be all skin.
I will actually be having (so far):
  • Crab Rangoons.
  • Fried Dumplings with fresh, pungent Hoisin sauce.
  • Orange Chicken with hot peppers.

Go Chiefs!
Seems that about 60-80% of the people are pulling for Philadelphia.
Guess I'll wait to see what bonehead call the Refs pull out of their hat late in the game to bail out Pretty Boy Mahomes and Twinkle Toes Kelce this time.

I don't watch a lot of TV sports but the Super Bowl I always watch... my neighbor and good friend and his wife are having a party (big Chiefs Fans) and they are going all out with a Shrimp and Crab leg low country boil and grilled T Bones. So you know where I will be for the game...

We have a ton of superbowl foods. I will probably have two bites then leave the rest for the boys.

Pizza and beer. GO CHIEFS!!!!! Bring it! Can't wait for this game. :thewave:
Look lass, the Chiefs are going down. It's just the nature of the beast. Make peace with it. :)

Stopped watching football, baseball, basketball and hockey decades ago.
Careful you don't cut yourself on that edge.

But hey, here's a cookie.

I might have a couple of fig newtons and a cup of coffee....I don't eat much after supper.

That's just fine, I don't need food to enjoy a game.

T-bone...my favorite cut of steak! Mouth-watering medium-rare of course. What a great menu for all today.

I'm with you, Ram. Hubby and I don't watch TV sports often except for the Super Bowl and only if we are rooting for one team over another.

Today, I want to see the BEST team win and am hoping that it is the KC Chiefs.

I ate two sandwiches with ham and mayo and a small bag of Cheetos.

God bless you always!!!

P.S. With it being Super Bowl Sunday and all, I went ahead and cheated on my diet, but if anything, I have earned the right with my being 40 pounds lighter compared to the most that I have ever weighed. :) :) :)
