1) The Democrats spend 3-1/2 years denying Biden is incompentent to serve.
2) The Democrats wait until AFTER the primaries and AFTER Biden secures the nomination to acknowledge Biden IS incompetent and to push him out of the race.
3) The Democrats use the existing process to nominate Harris without a single primary vote from the public.
