MORGANTON The suspect in a double homicide in Burke County who was also accused of fatally shooting a U.S. Forest Service officer was killed by officers during a manhunt Wednesday afternoon.

he killed his parents....this happened on the avery/burke county line....wednesday....we got the news off facebook...to be on alert for this man ...there was no phone alert from the police so we do not think he came this way....
he killed a forest ranger and his canine partner....
