He was absolutely pathetic in his j bowl game against byu. I mean come on byu
He should at times dominated, but noth even a whisper. All his bloated stats were in the last 5 minutes of the game.
ESPN is stunned but Im not . Not in the least. It's the byu game He looked like a 2A HS player

Actually, BYU was pretty good. I live in Big 12 country. BYU almost won the league and nearly made the playoffs. Shedur was better than every QB taken with maybe the exception of Ward. Colorado sucked as a team nd if he had not been QB, they would have won maybe 2-3 games. This is a league backlash against his father.

I actually think there’s a bigger issue that’s keeping Shedeur from being selected… his daddy and the whole circus that comes with the Sanders family.

NFL teams don’t want their backup QB being a media darling. They don’t want that distraction.

he has the arm strength of a 75 year old and throws a ball like its got helium in it. He's not elite

The issue with Sanders is two fold, first many NFL experts don’t believe his college skill level won’t translate well in the NFL, which is always a concern for QBs, look at all the can’t miss QBs that that missed.

The second reason is his interviews with teams did not go, they all focused on himself and his wants and needs. One person said it was the worst interview for a draft pick that he has ever sat in.

The Louisville QB did not seem good enough to go before Howard of OSU? All Howard did was help win it all (vs. top ten teams).

If Sanders comes in and starts demanding a certain OC or even Deion as coach (or I won’t play)? Who wants that? Social issue troublemaking? Who knows?

Not crazy about the NYG pick DART either? Looks soft, silly and not mobile enough. Another statue. Another Trent Dilfer. Locker room Blacks will bully his goofball look.

Sanders is another Chase Daniels perhaps? Great against Big 12 run & shoot but against big fast discipline defense? Then what? Too small, weak arm perhaps?

A GM and Head Coach are not guaranteed 30 years of employment with a team. After each game Head Coaches are forced to go to the media and answer questions. It is like an interrogation. GM's have to be available also. Having to run through a potential minefield with a player and his father overlooking the whole premise is too much to ask unless prepared. Patience is a virtue. There was a time Head Coaches and GMs were not in the forefront like now. Social media, multiple TV sport channels, national and local radio sports stations, streaming, newspapers, etc. And I would think that many of these Head Coches may dread having to go in front of the media after games. Today it is part of the employment. Their own actions during the game will be brought up to the general population even. Of course, it may not be much at all. It could be the believed talent and/or his personality also.

Jaxson Dart was raised down the road from me in Farmington Utah. His dad played for the Utes
He comes from a really strong family so his personal life is really stable

Maybe Sanders is less good w/o #2 pick Hunter? Maybe teams see a winless COL w/o?

Think he is going quietly to backup Mason Rudolph at CLEVE?

I don't watch much college football and so I'm not much into making judgements on the NFL draft. I can't imagine one game alone sets the bar for a player's future expectation, regardless of his performance either way. But apparently Sanders' play has been mostly typical of what tyroneweaver saw in that BYU game. At least in NFL scouts' eyes.

Maybe Deion and Shedur can go to OAK Raiders and he can back up bottom ten Gino Smith. Think those two will sit quietly on the bench carrying a laptop and towel for Gino?
