Will TDS morph into herd immunity if Trump wins?

I am curious how TDS will survive if President Trump is reelected. I think the general public is developing an immunity to the threats of worldwide annihilation that were so chic in 2016. However, those with persistent TDS will be facing a ticking emotional time bomb when Trump's second term ends after only four years. Will they be able transition to a new and equivalent object of their pathology, or will they lose any rationale for their continued existence? Will 9-1-1 operators be able to handle the increased workload?

I suspect that either way Trump will endorse candidates and the TDS will spread to them. Win or lose, will MAGA die? Probably not, nor should it. Although it might change into another political movement with different values and policies. Maybe the conservatives will return to fiscal sanity.
