Yours sounds like a Hiatal Hernia. Food gets stuck. I had the surgery for that about 6 months ago and it still persists.

It's videos like that pile of sugar that are giving you the trouble .

BTW , A HH is not caused by food getting "stuck" . It is a protrusion of the stomach (usually) into the Oesophagus .
Known as Xmas Carols Reflux at this time of year .
