I think my skin looks somewhat brown but maybe it is "reddish"? It is still summer, yesterday taken on 25th semptember, the temperatures cooled down in comparison to early september and august but it is still officially summer, and i dont know if that has any effect like a bit of tann? But do you think I look brown?

It probably stopped growing when it realised that it did not require much room for the brain bit .
Try wearing pince- nez to make it seem you have a bigger head .
Or , stop eating for a year .
