In the US yes, for the most part, but there are some platforms still trading it, most notably Uphold which I use. But even with that, some individual states are still restricting it. When this ridiculous lawsuit is finally over with this thing is going to go bonkers and change my life

I like CLSK, they are going to have 1.3 EH/s production capacity this summer and more coming online after that. Fair valuation for that production, and the BTC mining is a side business. They also have a microgrid biz that is looking respectable.
