184 million people possibly affected. All of this is because companies are allowed to keep, store, buy and sell your personal data, then, their systems get breached, and you and I have to spend money to safeguard our identities. These companies make money off of our personal information, but when their systems are breached, WE are on the hook for the cost and damages that happen due to these breaches.


When is our government going to step in and put a stop to this? Identity theft is rampant and people have their lives turned upside down and even ruined because of these breaches and nobody in government is doing anything about it

Yep, China is taking it all.

From what I understand listening to a hacker show that covers numerous cases, all of your cellphones were hacked due to a backdoor access created when the Patriot Act passed.
