So who pays the tax?

People who need something like a pacemaker? Or their insurance? Perhaps Medicare or Medicaid? In the end it's the taxpayer who pays.

Of course if someone were paying all their own health care costs the additional tax might be enough to make what which they need unaffordable and they could just die. But that wouldn't be the work of any death panel - just of Obama's tax collectors.

If you're gonna be billed for a knee replacement best pay the tax before it's installed lest some crony IRS thug come and rip it out for non-payment.

Just think about the tax revenue from Cardiac Stents, Knee replacements, artificial legs and hands for the wounded GI's and victims of future terrorist attacks. ObamaCare will be taxing every syringe, catheter, and every surgical device used in hospitals. They all fall under the FDA medical device laws.
