Your stance here is a bit exaggerated. But in any case, this is not true anymore now. Ukrainian army is full of unmotivated soldiers having been forcibly drafted under the terms of the martial law. They barely get any meaningful training in a month-long boot camp. The level of desertion is exceptionally high.Ukraine trained and prepared.
