and having those like Grandma and Grandpa,plus maybe
an overly nosy parker aunt keep pleading and reminding
to make sure and put your savings { like maybe a paper route or cutting
lawns in the summer } In the Bank.In a Savings account where it
compounds interest.Meaning grows as it sits still in some bank.
No so with Biden's economy.Where instead of savings compounding,
It's Inflation that compounds.Not Goot.The opposite of good.
Now under Trump ... fellow americans weren't saving too doggone
mush but they weren't using their savings to keep afloat.Like where
Bidenomics has it's stranglehold.And it's not getting any better.
People are talking.Of Stagflation.Where our dizzy dope President
is back to his fall out mode of just Lying.Like how when he took over
the Presidency from Trump Inflation was 9 %. Nice try Pops.

I'll say this. I think Italian food is too much cheese and bread. I went to Greece and the food was wonderful. When a woman sitting next to me on the way back described her food experience, I was not impressed. When I think of Italian food I think of this

carbohydrates in one's diet cause major problems.
The Liver can no longer handle all those carbs.Then Diabetes
sets in plus other maladies.
I think the most of food that is like what those pics represent.
I no longer even think of Pizza.But I can't quite give up bread.
So I only buy real healthy *breads.Like whole grains and seeds.
White bread { Like favorite Wonder Bread } is really harmful.
Plus most of the pastries and goodies lining the shelves of
Wal*Mart.
Same thing applies to soda pop.Like favorite
Mountain Dew.It's terrible for health.

I bought some flour tortillas and make my own fajitas and burritos. Well you can also put some ham and cheese on them, roll them up and make a pinwheel. Not a lot of bread. I don't like corn tortillas. I bet they are better for you.
