Now the repubs could still narrowly take the Senate and House, but the Red Wave did not happen. Even with inflation at a 40 year high, the repubs have not seen the expected congressional wins.

Howso? The House is gone from the Reich, Piglosi leaves, and the Senate may still go to the good guys. Watermelon Abrams and the idiot from Texas are a distant memory.
Sounds good to me!

some conclusions from last night

1. the voters of Pennsylvania are either morons or being paid for their votes. They elected a guy to the senate who cannot even communicate.

2. the dem cheat machine is working overtime in close elections

3. the GOP did not get the tsunami they needed. The country has become a socialist dictatorship and the media is happy about that

4. If you are a normal person living in a blue state, get the hell out while you can.

5. Florida has become a sanctuary state for patriotic americans who love and respect our constitution.

That and the "stupid beyond belief" candidates that he pushed onto the repubs.
When are the repubs going to finally realize that trump doesn't give a flip about their party or the country? trump is in it for trump. He knew that many of the unsavory candidates he was endorsing were losers, but he did it anyway. Why? Because they kissed his ring and told him how smart he was and agreed with his Big Lie.

If the repubs want to continue to lose elections, then they should let the MAGA repubs lead the party. I am sure the Democrats are fine with it.

Roevember. The fat former guy's SCOTUS's ruling on Roe v Wade did them in.

Maybe but I wouldnt keep saying that. Yes Im thrilled that we overperformed last night. But I think it was more because people saw the GOP basically are crazy. Saying it was Roe makes it seem like a black sheep election, like if not for that the Red Wave would have happened. I disagree.

People started seeing that yes we can do this energy transition. That NO, having a compassionate bordee is NOT gonna wreck America. They saw that MAGA….is in fact a danger to democracy.

We shouldnt downplay just how much America rejected Trumpism and the right. Saying it was all bc of Roe I think is spurrious. Last night was a rejection of the right as a whole

I dont care what he is "in it" for, he supports America and its values and laws.
What do you think rich millionaire Dimmer ilk politicians like Poopeypants, Piglosi, Hildabeast....are "in it" for? The satisfaction of their constituents? Hahahahahahahahaha

Usually the one issue voters that dominate elections are pro-lifers, this time it was pro-choice voters

At this point, I'll be surprised if even the House flips. All of those slow-counting Senate seats will ALL be Democrat wins. Don't kid yourself.

Because America knows Republicans have no solutions.

I don't think so. But I don't want the stock market to keep dropping either.

I agree to a certain extent. But it is startling that with 40 year high inflation, that the ruling party has not been pummeled in the mid-term. I really was expecting a blood bath. The Dems have dramatically overperformed, even if they lose one or both of the chambers.

The downfall of Roe played a part in the Dem surprise, but to what extent, I am not sure.

You may be correct. If you are and Americans are willing to absorb the pain of their lives being destroyed by inflation just to complain that they cannot as easily kill their unwanted babies, then America will pay the price for that. The bad news for the Left and thier worship of death is that soon it will be THEY who suffer as the country dies.
