I don’t know much about him except his last name.

I think if you want to get interested in politics, he was doing the right thing, being a junior delegate to a national convention seems like a logical first step. I just woke up and I see now that he has withdrawn from being a delegate. Which is probably too bad if he is interested...You meet people, do some networking, see what the committee/convention process is all about. Then, if you decide to become involved, you have an advantage over many who just parachute into the situation without knowing what they are doing.

As for “feeling sorry” for him. No. 95% of the universe has it way worse than he does.

Yeah, being the young son of a wealthy former president is so damn tough a life to live.
