The Constitution Prohibits Trump From Ever Being President Again

Colorado has the right to run the election in their state.

Great! As I can think of about 40 red states who also have the right to run THEIR elections, and Biden will be off the ballot in every one of them.

Then in the future, there will never be another election where all 50 states agree to the same ballot on anything.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

You see, in order to be guilty of insurrection, one has to be convicted of it. Trump has not even been charged with insurrection, and he has a Constitutional right to defend himself in court against such a charge.

In fact, Trump was acquitted of inciting a insurrection in the US Senate.

As such, the Colorado Supreme Kangaroo "court" has denied Trump due process, and the ruling will be vacated by the US Supreme Court.

Are you talking about the democrat judges in Colorado? Every one of them was picked by democrats. I do agree that they need to be flushed.

If Trump is found guilty, and the Supremes have to take that into account, they will (being the original constructionist, they are) rule him not eligible. It is as simple as that, and a lot depend on what happens first, trial or Supremes hearing the appeal first or the trial being first. If the Supremes uphold the judgement (as nowhere in that amendment does it even mention conviction) he could still run. It's impossible for Trump to be President. Either he was right and Kamala can throw out votes keeping Joe in office, or Trump was wrong and he attempted a coup and is disqualified from office.
