My biggest complaint is reading the highlights of a program on Netflix and it looks really good but it's not in english!!!

I personally watch a lot of Korean and Japanese movies and TV, but I gotta say I don't see how this will "level the playing field" with anything. Seems like a bid to keep them out.

I don't really know what the purpose of it is. He claims it is to save Hollywood. If that is what he believes then I disagree with him. We should let Hollywood die. I was sick of the lying woke Hollywood elitist one percenters a long time ago. I wish most of them the worst.
