Mom pulls over and sens the kids to pick up the luggage

They are hit and killed by a motorist

He is not charged but the mother is arrested

Is she collecting welfare?

WHAT IDIOT would send their kids to pick up luggage on the freeway?

Seeing this mother, apparently THAT kind of idiot.

That said, the one kid was 16 and should have been cognizant enough to not get hit, (you are elugible to DRIVE at 16!) but considering the looks of the mother, arrested on DUI, etc.
