Don't be stupid. It is a bipartisan agency created by an overwhelmingly REPUBLICAN legislature last year. It has four Republican members, four Democratic members, and one member that is not associated with any party. The governor appoints the members, but from a list supplied by each party in the legislature. He cannot independently appoint anyone. And the decision to not certify the election was UNANIMOUS, meaning all four Republican members refused to certify the results.

And yes, this is a clear case of election fraud, in a big way. Bladen county has been playing fast and loose with absentee ballots for years. The Republican governor Pat McCrory complained about "massive voter fraud" in Bladen county. I mean where else in the nation do people go door to door and collect absentee ballots? Collect them UNSEALED. If Republican's want a real case of voter fraud they only have to look at Bladen county North Carolina.
