China wants to reduce its population by immigration. So why not make that part of the trade deficit deal? A treaty with China that includes such a deal will be much easier to get and let the US brain drain the Far East. With an effectively unlimited number of visas for those setting up businesses that employ Americans that should help increase wages.

I doubt the Chinese will be exporting their best and brightest to the USA. It would all depend on who picked the immigrants.

We would using investors visas. You got money and you want to live off your returns you get in. If not it's a personal problem.
