How does your system of justice work? Waterboard a guy 183 times until he confesses and agrees to be executed? Thankfully, the US system of justice is above all that. He will be brought to trial in the US not some secret backwater enclave. He will be tried by the US Government with a jury composed of the very same people he attacked.

Why do you use McVeigh? McVeigh was a domestic, a citizen. These people however are not. McVey was a special case in of himself, and his actions.
