Now criminal terrorists can just go out and destroy anything they want, intimidate and commit felonious acts and judges are supposed to look the other way because "it was necessary to prevent climate change".

This is a very dangerous precedent to set and one that is outside the law. The judge acted in an improper way setting aside criminal acts because "she felt it was necessary".... I would lay odds that Al Gore paid her off or had climate goons threaten her.. This is clearly an "ends justifies the means" socialist view point that throws law and order to the curb.
