How about this....

We will call it a nazi salute because that's what our eyes see. More than that... Elon Musk will NOT deny that it is a nazi salute. It would be very easy for him to outright deny it, but he refuses to do so. He makes fun of it, but Musk refuses to deny its a nazi salute.

As Vanity Fair stated:
"...a logical first step to clarifying the situation might be denying that that gesture was a Nazi salute. Elon Musk has not done that."

He won't? What you saw was him touching his heart and then extending it to the people as MANY speakers do. Only the most mean spirited and malicious partisans would even think Nazi salute.
