I'd reach out to them and offer to test them. They pass, they get jobs. Many of them are actually in training to be ATC IRL.

They are an online ATC organization that train and practice using the EXACT same standards and terminology as the Real Life FAA Air traffic control.

In essence, it is a FUCKING simulator of exceptional realism.

I do not play on-line games. When I applied to be an ATC, I put in an application like an adult. Something you seem to know nothing about.

You must attend a school in Oklahoma City, and I don't care how much practice you put in on-line, and you must meet numerous other requirements. Playing on-line doesn't exempt you from any of that.

Simulator training is done with instructors present and set parameters. These people are playing a game.

I left the Navy in 2001, thank you. I was a teacher for 21 years during and after that.
